With almost 45 minutes played and 5 goals down, Chris Fox broke the deadlock and started an incredible comeback for the Fire. Three more goals followed and with only 24 seconds left on the clock, it was 'the doctor' Chris Fox that scored the equaliser on the powerplay to force overtime on the visitors.
Five minutes of overtime couldn't separate the two sides and after 10 rounds of penalties, Iwan Davies scored the game winning goal for the Fire in the shootout.
Chris Fox picked up Player of the Game with a hat-trick of goals and the crucial equaliser in the third as the Fire claimed the all important 2 points in the comeback of all comeback wins.
