Tickets can also be purchased on the door at home games by cash, card or contactless payment. Doors open for warm-up approximately 45 minutes before face-off.

Please Note
- Tickets are for unreserved seating in the arena.
- Away seating is in block 10 for visiting supporters.
- Entry on game day is via the doors in the main bar on the first floor.
- There are a number of wheelchair positions available on the first floor of the arena located in row K.
- Carers, such as essential companions or personal assistants, are admited free of charge when accompanying a spectator with disabilities. You do not need to book an additional ticket for the carer, but proof of being a registered carer is required on entry to the arena.
- Proof of ID may be requested for all ticket types on entry to the arena.
