Cardiff Fire play in the South Division 1 of the British semi-professional ice hockey league – the National Ice Hockey League (NIHL).
The team play home games at the state-of-the-art the Vindico Arena located in the International Sports Village in Cardiff Bay.
Tickets
Ticket Information
Tickets for home games are provided by the Vindico Arena ticketing platform. All tickets are subject to an arena booking/facility fee of £1.50 per ticket.

Tickets can also be purchased on game day at the arena reception on the ground floor. The arena accept cash, card and contactless payments.
Your tickets will appear as a PDF attachment on your booking confirmation email.

Seating
Seating is reserved and entry on game day is via the doors in the cafe on the ground floor. A seating plan of the Vindico Arena can be found on the Ticket Prices page.
General Admission tickets are for standard seats in all rows in blocks 1-17 and rows A-G in blocks 18-20.
Premium Seating tickets are for the padded seats in rows H-K in blocks 18-20 – Click Here for more information.
Children under 3 years of age do not require a ticket as long as they are sitting on an adult’s lap.
Away seating is in block 10 and we ask visiting supporters to book here.
Game Time
Face-off is at 7:00pm on Saturdays and 6:45pm on Sundays (unless stated otherwise) and doors open for warm-up approximately 45 minutes before face-off.
Ice hockey games are played over three periods, each 20 minutes long with two intervals of approximately 15 minutes each. The total length of the game is approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes, including stoppages in play.

Food and Refreshments
The arena has fantastic facilities with a Cafe on the ground floor serving everything from hot dogs and burgers to pizza and chips. The Bar is on the first floor serving alcoholic beverages, soft drinks and snacks. On the ground floor there are also Vending Machines with snacks and drinks. Cash, card and contactless payments are accepted at the arena.
Merchandise
We have merchandise to purchase on match nights at the sales desk in the main bar. You check out the merch before a game or place an order online at our Official Shop.

Raffles
There are a number of chances to win a prize on match nights by entering our £1 raffles. Win a cash prize in the 50/50 raffle where 50% of the takings go to the winner and 50% go to the club.
There is also a chance to win a player’s game-worn jersey in the Shirt Off Their Back raffle and have a photo with the player at the end of the game.
Raffle tickets can be purchased for £1 each on the door before each game. Cash, card and contactless payments are accepted on the door.
Chuck-A-Puck
Try your luck with our new Chuck-A-Puck game to win a prize. Chuck-a-Pucks can be purchased for £1 each on entry to the game and when you hear the announcer’s signal, you can throw them at the center ice face-off spot for a chance to be the closest to the target and win a prize.

How To Get Here
Bus
Cardiff Bus operate service 9 which is short bus ride from the City Centre to the arena. For timetables visit cardiffbus.com.
Train
Catch the Barry or Bridgend train from Cardiff Central Station and alight at Cogan Station. The arena is a short 10 minute walk across the River Ely via Pont-y-Werin footbridge. For timetables visit tfw.wales.
Taxi
There is a drop-off and pick-up area for taxis at the front of the arena.
Car
The arena is just a 10 minute drive from Junction 33 of the M4 motorway. Follow the A4232 using brown signs for Cardiff Bay and the International Sports Village.

Parking
Free Car Parks
The best place to park is at the free car park (former Toys R Us car park) directly opposite the arena on Olympian Drive with 300 parking spaces.
If the main car park is full, there is also a free overflow gravel car park in the area located between the arena and Morrisons. This car park is accessible via the roundabout junction of International Drive and Ferry Road.
Other Car Parks
Paid parking is also available at the Euro Car Park located on Empire Way (former International Pool car park) and at the Morrisons car park located on International Drive.
These car parks are operated privately and payment is required in advance via an app. There are signs posted in the car parks explaining how to pay.
Accessibility
The arena is easily accessible for visitors with mobility difficulties and accessibility needs. There is flat access, a lift to the bar and a limited number of wheelchair positions on the first floor of the arena located in row K. Please see a security steward or arena staff member to access via the lifts in reception.
Carers, such as essential companions or personal assistants, accompanying a spectator with disabilities can also purchase a reduced price disabled ticket. Proof of being a registered carer is required on entry to the arena, such as a medical letter from a GP or nurse, a blue badge or an access card.

If you would like a special announcement read out at a home game, please email your message to info@cardiff-fire.com before game day or visit the timekeepers between the penalty boxes during an interval at the game.
