Cardiff Fire are delighted to add teenage winger Rob Price on a two-way deal with Swindon U18’s.
Rob started his hockey career in Cardiff with the Junior Devils, but made the move to Swindon U15’s during the 2019/20 season, before moving up to the U18’s.
During his first year as an U18 at Swindon, Rob scored 8 points in 14 games, whilst also playing at NIHL level with Swindon Wildcats 2 scoring 4 points in 13 games. This season Rob has been part of the successful Swindon U18’s team. Rob has also represented Swindon in NIHL this year scoring 6 points in 11 games. Rob swaps Swindon NIHL for Cardiff Fire for the remainder of the season, but will remain with the Swindon U18’s as they go for honours this term.

Rob is a young guy, with tonnes of energy. He brings speed, grit and some great hands to the team. It’s great to have Rob back home where he belongs. I’m excited to see the impact he has on the team.
