Slovakian centre Robert Sedlak returns to the ice in Cardiff for the 2015-2016 season.

Robert started his playing career in his native Slovakia playing in Spiska Nova Ves, alongside former Edinburgh Capitals player Peter Holecko in the top junior league. Sedlak started playing for the ENL Devils back in 2010 and was an instant hit.
Robert played a total of 110 games for the Cardiff club scoring 33 times with points total of 81.

The 33 year old Sedlak brings a wealth of experience to the team and can play in many positions. A very well organised player who is popular with his team mates.

Mark Cuddihy added “Robert would be a fantastic asset for any division one team let alone in Division 2. He plays tough and can play on any line within our team.”
“I coached Bobby for 4 years at ENL one level and he’s one of the most trustworthy players I’ve had. He does a great job on the penalty kill and can also quarterback a power play with great effect. His passing is absolutely top draw and his face off percentage was always the best in our team. I’m delighted Robert has agreed to return to the ice for the Fire”
