Forward Josh Haslam returns to the Fire line up for his 6th season and 11th senior season despite only being 26 years old.
Josh joined the Cardiff NIHL set up straight out of the Cardiff Under 16βs team and has been ever present since. Josh was part of the NIHL D1 runners up team and also part of both Cardiff Fire D2 league winning teams. Josh has scored over 133 points at NIHL level for Cardiff teams.

Director of Hockey and Head Coach Mark Cuddihy continued:
Josh has been a fantastic player for us for the last 11 years. Heβs played for us since he was 16 years old and was suited to senior hockey right away. Heβs always been a player thatβs played good mins for us in every team Iβve had and heβs always delivered. As dressing room guys go there arenβt many better, he can lift the dressing room even if it doesnβt need lifting. Anyone that follows him on social media will know what I am talking about. Heβs all about team first and makes sure everyone is ok. Heβs been one of our captains and itβs a roll heβs fully deserved. On the ice he steps up in big games and is one of the most important guys you can have off the ice also. I am delighted heβs back again.
Welcome back Josh! #FireItUp
