Cardiff Fire are delighted to announce their official partnership with B42 Functional Fitness for the upcoming 2024/25 season.
Located a 5 minute walk away from the ice rink, B42 pride themselves on a bespoke training approach which will challenge and aspire the individual. Their method includes 42 minute workouts, aiming at developing the individual to be a better and stronger version of themselves. The fitness groups consist of both indoor and outdoor classes so that you can achieve your fitness goals.
Head Coach Elis Sheppard on the new partnership with B42:
I caught up with Ben at B42 and was instantly impressed with the programme and set up. Discussing my goal for this year it was clear that a partnership was beneficial for the team, who will enjoy bespoke training to improve their overall game. I am excited to see the players develop their physical prowess, but also welcoming B42 to the Fire Family!
