Cardiff Fire are pleased to announce the return of forward Cedric Racine for the 2024/25 season.
Cedric joined the club back in 2019 and starts his fifth season with the club. Prior to signing for Fire Cedric had played his youth hockey in Slough joining in the Under 16s and playing up to the Under 20s.
Cedric has iced in 95 games and is no stranger to Division 1 hockey. Cedric represented Fire 24 times during our last D1 season and also spent 3 games on loan to the Deeside Dragons during the 2022/23 season.
Head Coach Elis Sheppard continued:
Cedric is a player who unequivocally will give his all to the team. He can play a number of roles on the team and his versatility is what makes him a vital cog in our line-up.
He is a very defensive minded forward, but can play both ends of the ice and a top PK specialist.
