Cardiff Fire are delighted to announce the newest signing for the 2025-26 season, Alfie Stone.
Alfie is a product of the Cardiff Junior Development system having played since the start of his career. At the age of 16, he has already played 28 games at under 18s, registering 30 points. He also registered 9 points in 18 games in the NIHL 2 last season, whilst also playing two games for the MK Thunder.
Head Coach Elis Sheppard on the newest addition:
I am really happy Alfie has chosen the Fire to help continue his hockey progression. He has excellent hands with fantastic vision. I have watched Alfie closely over the last two years and his personal development has been phenomenal. He clearly stood out when the Fire played MK last season.
My goal for Alfie this season is to become one of our go-to guys.
