Cardiff Fire are delighted to announce the re-signing of forward Bailey Hind-Pitcher for the 2026-27 season.
Bailey joined the Fire part way through the 2023-24 season from Oxford City Stars and had an instant impact on the team.
Bailey played his junior hockey in Bracknell and Slough before stepping up to NIHL1 at the age of 16 and then the National League at 18, playing 36 games for the Swindon Wildcats and Bristol Pitbulls.
Last season Bailey scored 5 goals and assisted 6 times, leading the team as the joint top points scorer in all competitions.

Head Coach Elis Sheppard on the signing of Bailey:
Bailey is a natural born leader. A well respected and well regarded individual in the changing room. He brings composure and confidence.
Bailey, still only young, has earned his position as an established and senior member of the team. He has a quick release and skates very well. Last season I felt Bailey refined his game further and developed his defensive zone play.
Iโm expecting Bailey to lead the line again this year and continue his progression.
Everyone at the Fire would like to give a warm welcome back to BHP! #34
