Cardiff Fire are delighted to announce that Carter Lloyd has returned to the club for the 2023/24 season, but this time Carter will be a full-time player for the club.
Carter has spent the last two seasons on two-way agreements between Division one teams. Last season Carter split his time between the Fire and Oxford City Stars. Cardiff boy Carter started his career in Cardiff scoring 183 points in 76 junior games.
Carter first joined the Fire in 2017 as a two-way junior player and has gone onto play in 72 games for the club scoring 65 points.

Head Coach Elis Sheppard added:
It is great to have Carter with us full-time this season. Carter brings an abundance of speed, along with firepower which is a welcome bonus to the team. Carter is very much a "north & south" player, meaning his strengths also include our defensive zone, along with offensive zone. I believe with the right application and a full season with the Fire, Carter can challenge the rest the of the league for points production.
Welcome back Carter! #FireItUp
