Cardiff Fire are pleased to announce the return of Chris Fox to the Fire line up for the 2023/24 season.
Londoner Fox joined the Fire from Lee Valley Lions during the 2018/19 season. Already a veteran of the NIHL, since joining Fire Chris Fox has played 83 games, scoring 19 goals with 36 assists. The all action forward also started his coaching journey with the club last term, taking his coaching qualifications while helping out Elis Sheppard.
Head Coach Elis Sheppard added:
Chris and I will be working close together again this season with him assisting with coaching. We both have a clear ethos and structure that we are hoping to implement more so this season.
Foxy is one of the more underrated players in the league. He is intelligent with both the puck and without. He’s a great asset for the goal scorers on the team, as he has a keen eye for the right pass.
